- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Fennel Seed
- 3 Teaspoons Coriander Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 250 Grams Chicken Breast
- 3 Tablespoons Nestlé® EveryDay® Milk Powder
- 200 Mililliters Water

Step 01.

Heat the oil,then lightly stir-fry the bay leaves, cardamom and cloves.

Once slightly fried, add in fennel seed, curry leaves & red (or optional with green) chilies.

Add in the blended onion and mix well.

Once slightly cooked, add ginger and garlic paste.

Then add in blended tomato and cook well.

Add in the sliced onions and tomatoes, then stir fry well. This remaining balance onions & tomatoes will give texture to the curry.

Once thoroughly cooked, add turmeric powder, chili powder and coriander powder. Stir well till the raw smell is gone.

Add salt (to taste) and chicken, then have it cooked well.
