Remove the dates' seed and soak the seedless dates in the 50ml cooking water until it covered the surface of the dates. Leave them overnight to get soften.

When ready to drink, mix the Nestlé® EveryDay® milk powder with 200ml water.

Pour the soaked seedless dates along with the water and the mixed Nestlé® EveryDay® milk into a blender.
