Ingredients

  • 1 Big Cup Long Rice
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Cups Curds
  • 1/2 Cup Nestlé® EveryDay® Milk
  • 2 Medium Carrot
  • 2 Tablespoons Coriander
  • 2 Green Chili
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 10 Leaves Curry Leaf
  • 2 Pieces Dried Chilli

Step 01.

Pour in the rice with 3 cups of water and half teaspoon of salt into the pressure cooker.

Step 02.

Cook til tender with 2 to 3 whistles on high heat then lower the heat. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Squash the rice slightly or set aside until the rice is completely cool, if you don't like the rice being too soft.

After that, add the curds and Nestlé® EveryDay® milk. Mix them well.

Then, add on the carrots, coriander, and green chillies. Mix all this ingredients together and set aside.

Heat the pan on medium heat and cook the mustard seeds, urad dal, ginger, curry leaves, dried chillies with cooking oil. Stir for 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle over rice and is ready to be serve.
