Ingredients

  • 500 Mililliters Water
  • 6 Tablespoons Nestlé® EveryDay® Milk
  • 4 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Tea Leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger
  • 6 Seeds Cardamom
  • 6 Seeds Cloves
  • 2 Small Sticks Cinnamon
  • 6 Seeds Black Peppercorns

Crush the cardamom seeds, cloves, Cinnamon and black peppercorns ingredients together using a stone mortar or coffee/spice grinder.

Heat the water in a saucepan over medium-high heat and add in the grounded ingredients.

Add the ginger and reduce the heat to medium and let the water simmer for 5 minutes until fragrant.

Add the tea leaves and let it boil for a minute. You can add sugar at this time or later when serving.

Wait for the tea to boil. Tea can overflow easily, so keep a close eye on it.
