  • 16 fingers KitKat® 16 units
  • 250 Grams All-Purpose Flour
  • 100 Grams Pineapple Jam
  • 1 Piece Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Egg Wash

Step 01.

5 min

Sift flour into a mixing bowl. Add the butter and mix until a breadcrumbs-like consistency.

Step 02.

3 min

Add in 1 egg into the mixture and mix until well combined.

Step 03.

2 min

Add chopped KitKat® and mix the dough evenly.

Step 04.

30 min

Flatten the dough and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Step 05.

Meanwhile, roll the pineapple jam (or can be substitue with paste) into balls (about 3g each)

Step 06.

Cut the dough with a cookie cutter and place it on a greased baking tray.

Brush egg wash over the tarts and place the pineapple paste ball on top of each tart.

Step 08.

Bake the tarts for 170ºC for 12 to 15 minutes.

Let it cool completely and is ready to serve.
