Ingredients

  • 4 Fingers KitKat® 4 units
  • 100 Grams Nestlé® Just Milk™ low fat
  • 100 Grams Gula Melaka
  • 100 Grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 120 Grams All-Purpose Flour
  • 100 Grams Coconut Milk
  • 100 Grams Pandan Juice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Piece Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 200 Mililliters Water

Step 01.

To prepare the filling, add Gula Melaka and water into a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until dissolved.

Step 02.

Add in desiccated coconut and corn starch into the mixture and continue cooking for a few minutes.

Transfer the fillings into a small bowl. Set aside.

To start making the crepe; sift flour into a mixing bowl. Create a hole in the center of flour and place in the egg. Mix well.

Slowly stir in salt, coconut milk and pandan juice into the mixture. Mix batter until well combined.

Heat up a shallow 25cm frying pan over low heat and grease it lightly with oil.

Pour 1 ladle of batter in the center and swirl the pan to coat the entire surface of the pan, forming a thin layer of crepe.

Transfer the thin crepe to a flat surface. Place 2 teaspoons of filling and sprinkle some KitKat® (finely chopped).

Roll the crepe like a spring roll and ready to serve.
