- 40 Grams Chocolate Button Chips
- 100 Grams Dates
- 80 Grams Cream Cheese

- 120 Mililliters Cold water

Step 01.

To prepare for the filling, add KitKat®, chocolate button chips, cream cheese and dates into a medium saucepan.

Double boil it and stir continuously until a smooth paste is formed.

Now, to start making the puff, mix flour, salt and margarine in a bowl using a spatula. Add water into the mixture slowly, a little at a time.

Knead the mixture to form a soft, non-sticky dough. Continue kneading until dough is smooth.

Take 1/3 of dough and knead it with cocoa powder. Take the remaining 2/3 dough and roll it into a ball shape.

Set the 2 doughs (Cocoa and original) aside covering it with towel and let it rest for 15 minutes

Roll the 2 doughs (Cocoa and original) into a long log shape and pleat it.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 0.3cm.

Cut the dough using a 6 or 7cm diameter cookie cutter.

Place the cut dough on your palm and add 1 tablespoon of filling at the center of dough.

Fold the round dough into half, forming a semi-circle and seal by pressing and pleating the edges together. Repeat for the remaining pieces of dough
