  • 50g Cooking Oil
  • 100g Lemongrass (blended)
  • 30g Ginger Flower (blended)
  • 40g MAGGI® Concentrated Vegetarian Stock
  • 100g Maggi® Oriental Barbeque Sauce
  • 6g Chilli Powder
  • 3g MAGGI® Lime Seasoning Powder
  • 3g Vietnamese Coriander
  • 600ml Water
  • 1kg HARVEST GOURMET™ Sensational Stir Fry Mince

Step 01.

5 min

Place semi frozen HARVEST GOURMET™ Sensational Stir Fry Mince in a big mixing bowl, add in MAGGI® Vegetarian Stock, chopped Vietnamese coriander and ginger flower and mix until well.

Step 02.

5 min

Portion into 60g per roll and mould into ball shape. Keep chill.

Step 03.

5 min

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté blended ingredients until fragrant.

Step 04.

2 min

Add MAGGI® Oriental Barbeque Sauce and chilli powder, continue cooking until well mixed

Step 05.

10 min

Add in water and Vietnamese coriander. Bring to a boil. Season with MAGGI® Concentrated Vegetarian Stock and MAGGI® Lime Seasoning Powder. Simmer for 10 minutes

Step 06.

2 min

Add in HARVEST GOURMET™ Sensational Stir Fry Mince balls, stir until mix well and cook until fully cooked.
