Ingredients

  • 200 Grams Toasted Almonds
  • 150 Grams Butter
  • 250 Grams Wheat Flour
  • 60 Grams Nestlé® Nestum® All Family Cereal Original
  • 20 Grams Nestlé® Nestum® All Family Cereal Original
  • 40 Grams Icing Sugar
  • 250 Grams Chocolate Buttons
  • 7 Tablespoons Nestlé® EveryDay® milk powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Piece Egg Yolk

Step 01.

Stir together the butter and icing sugar until it well combined.

Step 02.

Add the egg yolks and stir for 1 minute.

Step 03.

Sift the flour, Nestlé® EveryDay® milk powder and baking powder into the mixture of butter and icing sugar.

Step 04.

Add the Nestlé® Nestum® All Family Cereal Original and knead the dough.

Step 05.

Rest the dough for 15 minutes.

Step 06.

Take 6 to 7grams of dough and wrap it on the almonds.

Step 07.

20 min

Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove and let the cookies cool.

Step 09.

Melt the chocolate in the oven for 1 minute. Do check if is completely melted.

Step 10.

Place the cookies into a mini cupcake container and coat 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate on top of the cookies.

Sprinkle garnished Nestlé® Nestum® All Family Cereal Original on top.

Step 12.

Repeat the same process for the rest of the cookies.

Allow the chocolate to cool and store in an airtight container.
