  • 80 Grams Nestlé® Nestum® All Family Cereal Original
  • 40 Grams Ghee
  • 300 Mililliters Warm Water

Step 01.

Place the atta flour and Nestlé® Nestum® All Family Cereal Original in a mixing bowl.

Step 02.

Add in ghee and mix the flour thoroughly using your fingertips until it feels finely distributed.

Step 03.

Add warm water to form a firm, but slightly sticky dough.

Step 04.

Cover dough with a clean, damp towel and set aside 5 - 10 minutes.

Step 05.

Knead lightly over a floured rolling board until the dough is smooth.

Step 06.

Shape dough into a thick roll and divide into 10 roughly-equal pieces.

Shape each dough into a ball and roll out thinly into a circle on a lightly-floured surface.

Cook chapatti on a hot griddle or frying pan for about 2 minutes per side.

Transfer cooked chapatti onto a cloth-lined plate, stacking them on top of each other as you make them. Cover with another cloth to keep them warm.
