Ingredients

  • 150 Grams Butter
  • 30 Grams Powdered Sugar
  • 125 Grams Flour
  • 20 Grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 200 Grams Chocolate button chips
  • 3 Tablespoons Nescafé® Gold Granules
  • 6 fingers KitKat® 6 units
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

Step 01.

To prepare the ganache, melt KitKat® , chocolate buttons and Nescafé® Gold Granules over medium heat until a smooth texture.

Step 02.

To start baking the biscut, line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.

Step 03.

Place butter into a bowl and mix until creamy with a hand mixer.

Step 04.

Add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continue mixing for 12 minutes until mixture becomes white and creamy.

Add in flour and using a spatula, mix until well combined.

Transfer the batter into a piping bag.

Pipe the batter on the prepared baking trays to form cookies.

Bake at 160˚C for 15 minutes or until the cookie base turns brown.
