- 20 Grams Nestlé® EveryDay® Milk Powder
- 100 Mililliters Warm Water
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Nescafé® Coffee Powder
- 50 Mililliters Vegetable Oil
- 120 Grams Plain Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Nestlé® EveryDay® Milk Powder

Step 01.

Whisk eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy. Note: Batter is ready when you can draw an ‘s’ over the top.

Mix Nescafé® Coffee powder into warm Nestlé® EveryDay® milk and stir it well.
Step 03.

Add in oil to the whisked egg mixture and continue to beat for 1 minute. Then pour in the coffee-milk mixture and beat for another 1 minute

Sift in flour, Nestlé® EveryDay® milk powder and baking powder. Using a spatula, fold into the batter until smooth.

Pour into lined or greased small loaf tin (6.5 x 3.5 x 4.2” or depending on air fryer size).
Step 06.

Bake in air fryer/ oven at 160°’C for 20 minutes. Add additional 2 to 3 minutes if prefer the top slightly darker.

Once ready, serve with your favourite fruits.
