Step 01.

Blend onion, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, galangal and coriander seeds.

In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of ground ingredients into Harvest Gourmet Stir Fry Mince along with 1 teaspoon of MAGGI CukupRasa.

Mix well and marinade for a while. Shape it into a ball.

Heat a frying pan, add oil and sauté the ground ingredients until fragrant.
