Directions
Step 01.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy and light. Then, pour in sugar and continue to beat for another 2 minutes.
Step 02.

Slowly add in eggs, one at a time, and vanilla essence.
Step 03.

Pour in the Nestlé® EveryDay® milk and whipping cream. Beat until well mixed. Then, sift in corn flour and mix well.

Pour mixture into lined 6” cake tin. (Ensure to line cake tin with parchment paper over the rim and tucked into the bottom)
Step 05.

Place into air fryer and bake at 200°C for 20 mins. Ensure cheesecake is still jiggly in the centre while the top has darkened.

Let it cool inside air fryer until room temperature.
Step 07.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before consuming.
