Step 01.

Sieve both rice and plain flour, set aside
Step 02.

Mix eggs with sugar until fully dissolved. Then, add in the Nestlé® Lime and Vanilla Ice Cream and mix them well.

Add in the flour mixture and continue to mix until well combined.
Step 04.

Strain the mixture to remove any lumps. Set aside.

Preheat the egg roll machine, scoop 1 table spoon of batter onto each mould.

Toast until slightly golden brown.

Remove from heat and quickly fold into desired shape before it cools down.
