  • 5 Shallots

  • 2 Red chili
  • 2 Stalks Lemongrass
  • 1 Inch Galangal
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 3 Packets MAGGI® 2-Minute Curry
  • 2 Pieces Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • 3 cups Water
  • 3 Tablespoons EveryDay® Milk Powder
  • 3 Fried Tofu
  • 1 Piece Chicken
  • 4 Pak Choy
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Kasturi Lime
  • 1 Cup Bean sprouts

Step 01.

Prepare the required ingredients before heating the cooking oil.

Step 02.

Heat cooking oil. Fry onion, garlic, red chili, lemongrass and finely ground galangal with water until dry.

Add MAGGI® Curry seasoning and kaffir lime leaves. Fry until fragrant.

Mix Nestlé® EveryDay® milk powder with 1 cup of water.

Add water and milk mixture. Simmer for a while.

Add fried tofu, simmer until slightly thickened.

Separately, boil to cook the MAGGI® noodles.
