- 1/2 Cauliflower 300g
- 3 Medium Potato
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Red Onion

- 1 Tomato
- 390 Grams Chopped Tomato in Can
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Ground Coriander
- 1/2 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Tablespoon Ground Turmeric
- 1/2 Tablespoon Garam Masala
- 2 Lime
- 1 Pinch of Salt
- 1 Pinch of Pepper

Step 01.

Have the ingredients ready. Prepare the curry paste by mixing all the curry paste ingredients.
Step 02.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add in cumin seeds and potatoes. Fry till fragrant. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.

Add in cauliflower and stir fry until both potatoes and cauliflower turn slight golden brown. Dish out and remain oil in pan.

Add in curry paste mixture and stir fry on low heat for 3-4 minutes till oil starts to bubble.

Toss in potatoes and cauliflower. Add in water and bring to a slow simmer. Stirring constantly.

Once the curry starts to thicken, check if potatoes are cooked through.
